Love Poems, and others

Denise Robins was an English novelist and writer of historical romances. She was born in London in 1885. Her first book, Love Poems, and Others, was published in 1911. She wrote more than 100 novels during her career. Her best-known works include The Flame and the Flower (1922) and Forever Amber (1944).

Robins was a popular author in the early 20th century. Her novels were known for their suspenseful plots and strong heroine. She was one of the first authors to write historical romances. Her books were very popular in the United States.

Robins died in 1978 in London.
